Voice of our people

Our values and behaviours

Our core employee benefits

What our people have to say

  • I love working at the University. Although our students are based all over the world, they are all inspiring, driven, and make every day rewarding. Our staff are equally committed to supporting both our students and one another, creating a collaborative and positive working environment. As a staff member, I am encouraged to develop my skills and take on new opportunities. One of the highlights of my role has been serving as a Staff Trustee on the Board of Trustees, which has been a fantastic opportunity for both professional and personal growth.

  • I really enjoy working here at the University – there’s a real sense of community and togetherness that creates such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I also really value how collaborative the environment is, with people always willing to share ideas and support one another. On top of that, it’s incredibly rewarding to work somewhere with such a strong commitment to sustainability.

  • I enjoy working at the University because of its supportive and inclusive culture. My colleagues are always willing to help, and there is a strong focus on learning, development, and continuous improvement. I particularly value the University's commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, where everyone feels welcomed and respected. The range of activities and events throughout the year also helps colleagues stay connected and build relationships in a hybrid working environment. It's a great place to work and grow professionally.
